How did that work out?
My bet is Not Too Well.

The odds were against you from the start. 
Less than 10% EVER make Any money.

Some of the reasons it didn't work:

You had to "Front Load" products and warehouse them.
Then the monthly auto-ship for even more products.
You had to Constantly Beg, Sell and Convince folks.
When you stopped bringing in new folks, the income stopped.
If you missed an auto-ship the income stopped.
No WOW Factor.
